Patients Recall

Regular monitoring and maintenance are part of ongoing oral health care. At our clinic, treatment records and consultation notes are documented in each patient’s file.

• Based on individual treatment needs, a suggested review interval (e.g. 6 or 12 months) may be advised by the attending dentist.
• Patients may be contacted through their preferred communication method to arrange a follow-up consultation.
• Appointment reminders are provided prior to the scheduled visit.
