Patients Recall

Regular monitoring and maintenance are very important to your oral health and hygiene. We have a recall policy in place as follows: 

• We record every treatment done and doctor’s consultation notes in your patient folder on our system.
• According to your treatment needs, we recommend a recall period (e.g. 6 months or 12 months).
• Our customer service will recall you via your preferred communication channel and to schedule a dental appointment.
• We shall remind you the date and time before the scheduled appointment.
